Experience
Patrick manages the general operations of Enviro Team. He holds
an unlimited capacity Certification for air conditioning contracting
(State of Florida #CACO42599) and qualifies the firm in this capacity.
He directs all indoor air quality (IAQ) diagnostics, consulting,
training, marketing, and environmental sampling for the firm.
Patrick
has been actively involved in the assessment and control of indoor
environments since 1973. He has been involved in the diagnosis
of IAQ problems since 1981, and has been involved in the control
of microbial contamination and HVAC systems since 1973. He is experienced
in electro-mechanical and pneumatic controls, HVAC engineering and
design of direct expansion, chilled water, variable air volume, and
thermal storage systems.

Patrick has authored several technical papers on indoor air quality
and has provided advanced training for indoor air quality diagnostics.
He is the author of the training manual used for the IAQA’s
Certified Indoor Environmentalist Training and Certification program,
has written several articles for national IAQ publications, and has
presented research findings at national and international conferences
for IAQ consultants. Patrick also served on the NADCA standards committee
for the ACR 2002 Standard.
